Providence's most intimate and opulent venue provides a unique and inspiring ambiance for your wedding

Lippitt House Museum is an exceptional setting for intimate weddings. Conveniently located on Providence’s historic East Side, the Museum offers an unrivaled opportunity to host guests in the opulence of Providence’s only high-style Victorian mansion venue. Generations of the Lippitt family entertained guests in this sumptuous location for over one hundred years. Today, you can do the same!

With the COVID-19 crisis in mind, we understand that it is more important than ever to offer space for intimate ceremonies and photo opportunities. We hope you will consider Lippitt House Museum, particularly our exquisite grounds with garden, verandas and fountain, for your special day.

To keep guests, vendors, and museum staff safe and well, we follow all Rhode Island, Providence, and CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, sanitation, social distancing, venue capacity, and require face coverings at all times while on the property.
