Review Process: Lippitt House Museum considers commercial and editorial inquiries. Approval of a request is dependent on many factors including the appropriateness of the project’s association with Lippitt House Museum and  Preserve Rhode Island, scheduling, production and crew size, conservation concerns, and availability of staff and resources.

Contracts

A written agreement must be executed and payment received prior to commencement of a shoot.

Insurance

All shoots require a minimum general commercial liability insurance policy (including coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury) in the amount of $2,000,000, naming the Lippitt House Museum and Preserve Rhode Island as additional insured.

City Permits

Exterior shoots that impact the city streets or sidewalks may require a Providence city permit from the appropriate jurisdiction.
