REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM

A revolving fund that repairs at-risk historic properties

Preserve Rhode Island has an emerging program for at-risk historic properties where we can provide:

 

  • Pre-Development loans to support pre-construction planning including feasibility studies, State Register nominations, architecture and engineering service

  • Short-term construction financing to help bridge the period between the commitment and the release of state grants or tax credit

  • Low-cost option agreements to hold and market historic properties for resale with a preservation easement
