Approximately 85% of our firm's projects involve the rehabilitation of historic buildings, which has been consistent throughout our 15 year history.  This is our area of specialization and we have assembled a strong portfolio that includes the adaptive reuse of historic structures; sustainable design; preservation of historic landmarks; mixed-use urban redevelopment; commercial interior design; affordable, market-rate and mixed-income multi-family housing; and master planning.  DBVW provides services throughout the northeast.
