The Governor Henry Lippitt House Museum is a wonderful setting for your private, intimate occasions.  Whether you are planning a romantic wedding, anniversary, special birthday, retirement party, or other special celebration, the museum will provide a unique and beautiful setting in all seasons.   

Just looking for a backdrop for your wedding photos? The Lippitt House has several rooms on the first floor that are perfect for formal photographs. The exterior and grounds with twenty-five foot seasonal fountain also provides a beautiful architectural backdrop. 

We also welcome small business and non-profit meetings, events and conferences.
