Preservation Awards

Preserve Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission have joined forces to present a new, joint statewide historic preservation awards program!  We're calling them the Rhody Awards! We recognize great achievements in preservation with award categories like the Antoinette F. Downing Volunteer Award,  the Frederick C. Williamson Professional Award, and new categories like the Stephen J. Tyson, Sr. Artisan Award and the Preservation is Green Award. 

To celebrate we host a fall awards celebration called Rhode Island Preservation Celebration!  In 2009, will held the celebration at Hope Artiste Village in Pawtucket.
