Advancing Preservation

To advance preservation in the state, Preserve Rhode Island has developed several programs to spread the word about the importance of preserving historic structures and unique places in our state. Through these programs Preserve Rhode Island works to keep Rhode Island up-to-date on preservation news, provide "in the field" assistance to homeowners and RI communities, increase public awareness of endangered properties and important preservation issues, provide a network for historic sites that are open to the public, recognize outstanding preservation achievements, and celebrate historic preservation and land conservation in Rhode Island.
